Steel Fabrication Certifications for Export Metal Buildings: Welding, EN 1090, EAC and ISO
Steel fabrication certifications at Xinguangzheng cover welding, European execution, Eurasian market access and quality management, and we supply certificate copies on request. Which certificate your project needs depends on the destination country’s code and your project engineer.
Does a tender or an engineer’s checklist name specific certificates? Give us your destination country and the certificates your owner or local code asks for, and we return a free, no-obligation quote with a layout, specification and full cost breakdown.

Steel Fabrication Certifications We Hold: Scope and Evidence Limits by Destination Market
Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (NEEQ: 834422) manufactures our steel structures and holds the certificates and qualifications below, which we list as supplied, without certificate numbers. The table groups them by destination market, and your local code or project engineer decides which ones your project needs, so the order carries no ranking.
Who holds them
Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing company that holds the certificates listed here.
How to check them
Certificate copies are available on request, and scope and validity period follow the copy you receive.
Design codes are not certificates
Buildings are designed to the code set by the destination country and your project engineer, and a design standard such as AS/NZS 1170 is not a certification.
| Certificate/standard | Declared scope | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|
| North America: CWB · CSA W47.1 Div.1 | Canadian Welding Bureau certification for steel structure welding, issued 2025-12 | Validity period and certificate number are not published here, and the copy governs scope |
| Europe and Eurasia: CE / EN 1090; EAC · GOST 23118-2019 | EN 1090 is the European structural steel execution standard for steel structures exported to Europe; EAC covers steel structures exported to Russia and the Eurasian Union, valid to 2028-04 | EN 1090 execution class, validity period and certificate numbers are not published here |
| Quality system and Chinese qualifications: ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; Grade I qualifications | ISO 9001:2015 quality management covers all products; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are environmental and occupational health and safety management systems; the Grade I items are steel structure manufacturing and steel structure engineering contracting qualifications | Validity periods are not published here, and the Grade I items are qualifications, not third-party certifications |
Verifying Steel Fabrication Certifications Before Final Payment: Copies, UT Report and Third-Party Inspection
A buyer checks steel fabrication certifications in three steps: request the copies, read the factory ultrasonic testing (UT) and coating thickness checks, and receive the UT report and photos before paying the balance. Payment is by T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment, and third-party inspection is welcome. Inspection detail sits on the quality control page.
A certificate shows the holder’s system or qualification. Whether it fits your project depends on the destination country’s code and your project engineer, so no certificate here is a promise of approval by an authority. The quote covers the steel structure, roof and wall panels, shop drawings and installation manual, while foundation and site installation are not included. We supply the installation manual and free remote guidance for the local crew.
Xinguangzheng models each building in Tekla 3D, and cutting starts only after the buyer confirms the 3D model. The structure is designed for a 50-year service life, with maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual. If your project is under 3,000 m², or needs one supplier to take on foundation and erection locally under a turnkey contract, a local contractor is the simpler route.
Planning a third-party inspection or a bid file that needs copies? Tell us the destination country, the certificates your engineer requires and the inspection documents you expect with the RFQ. We ship every order with shop drawings, the installation manual, and the UT report with photos, so name any further documents your bid file needs in the RFQ.
Ask for Certificate CopiesRelated Manufacturing Pages: Quality Control, Fabrication Process and Project List
Inspection detail and the fabrication process have their own pages, and this page keeps to steel fabrication certifications. The project list names countries and building types Xinguangzheng has supplied, such as warehouses in Australia and Algeria, and it does not tie any project to a certificate.
Steel Fabrication Certification FAQs: Scope, Markets, Copies and Minimum Order
Which steel fabrication certifications does Xinguangzheng hold?
Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. holds CWB · CSA W47.1 Div.1, CE / EN 1090, EAC · GOST 23118-2019, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The company also holds China’s Grade I qualifications for steel structure manufacturing and engineering contracting. Certificate copies are available on request, and certificate numbers are not published here.
Which certificate applies if I export to Europe, Russia or North America?
CE / EN 1090 covers steel structures exported to Europe, EAC · GOST 23118-2019 covers Russia and the Eurasian Union, and CWB · CSA W47.1 Div.1 covers steel structure welding. Acceptance in any other country depends on its local code, so check with your engineer. The EAC certificate is valid to 2028-04, while other validity periods follow the copies.
Is AS/NZS 1170 a certification?
No. AS/NZS 1170 is the Australian and New Zealand structural design standard for design actions and loads, so it is a design code and not a certificate. Xinguangzheng designs to the code set by the destination country and your project engineer, and the wording is designed to, never certified to.
Can I get certificate copies, and what do they show?
Certificate copies are available on request. Scope and validity period follow the copy you receive, so read them there and not in this page’s summary table. Certificate numbers are not published on this page, and a bid file that needs particular copies should say so in the RFQ.
Which documents ship with an order, and how is steel packed?
Each order ships with shop drawings, an installation manual and the UT report with photos, and the report reaches you before you pay the balance. Steel is bundled on steel pallets, and the quote includes export packing and a container loading plan. Ask for certificate copies separately in the RFQ.
What steel grade is used, and do material certificates come with it?
The main frame is Q355B welded H-section steel, and Q235B or Q460 are optional. Material certificates and certificates of origin are not part of the published document list and are not published here. If your project requires them, ask for them with the RFQ.
How many days does fabrication take, and is there room for my tonnage?
Production takes 15–40 days depending on tonnage, and the exact figure is confirmed in your quote. Xinguangzheng has annual capacity of up to 150,000 tonnes of steel structures. Only the annual figure is published, so state your tonnage in the RFQ.
What minimum order size applies, and when is a local contractor the better choice?
Orders start at 3,000 m². Projects below that size, or turnkey projects where one supplier must handle foundation and erection locally, are not a fit, because the steel building kit ships without foundation or site installation. A local contractor is the simpler route for those jobs.
Send Destination Country, Building Size and Required Steel Fabrication Certifications for a Quote
Share the building type, footprint, eave height, destination country and the certificates your project requires, and our team prices the steel kit against that brief. Span, wind and snow loads, crane tonnage and local code move the price, and so do insulation, doors, windows and mezzanines.
