Metal Building Quality Control Before Final Payment: UT Report, Photos and Third-Party Inspection
Metal building quality control is tied to payment: terms are T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment, and the UT report and photos reach you before that balance. A buyer who wants an independent check can arrange third-party inspection, which Xinguangzheng welcomes.
Foundation and site erection are not in the quote, so construction quality on site sits outside this page. The quote covers the steel structure, roof and wall panels, bolts, shop drawings, installation manual and export packing. We supply the installation manual and free remote guidance. The final structural, mechanical and civil design is confirmed by the project’s local professional party.
Buildings are designed to the code set by the destination country and the project engineer, which is a design basis and not a certification. The structure is designed for a 50-year service life, with maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual. Projects under 3,000 m², or turnkey projects where one supplier must take on foundation and erection locally, are simpler with a local contractor.

What minimum order applies, and which buyers should choose a local contractor instead?
The minimum order is 3,000 m². Projects below that size, and turnkey projects where the supplier must take on foundation and erection locally, are not a fit, because the kit ships without foundation or site installation. A local contractor is the simpler route for those jobs.
