Labor, foundation and permit costs in the U.S. ranges above differ in the country where you build, so treat them as a reference for scope rather than a local price. Insulation, a crane rail system, facade design and on-site installation guidance are optional additions to the quoted scope.
The cost of pre-engineered metal buildings in our quote is a China factory-direct price that excludes sea freight, with Qingdao as the port of loading. The quote covers the steel structure, roof and wall panels, gutters and downspouts, bolts, accessories, shop drawings, an installation manual, export packing and a loading plan. Anchor bolt supply is confirmed in your quote. We manufacture the primary and secondary frames and the profiled sheet, with Q355B for the main frame and Q235B or Q460 available.

Which payment terms apply, and which inspection reports arrive before the balance is due?
Payment is by T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment. Before the balance, you receive ultrasonic testing (UT) reports and photos of the main welds, and third-party inspection is welcome. Coating thickness is also checked, and shop drawings and the installation manual ship with the steel.
