We collect only what you send us and the technical data needed to run the website safely.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial account details. We do not need it for a quote.

- Our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the website secure.

Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use advertising cookies. Cookies or browser storage may be set in these cases:
- Security cookies set by Cloudflare, the service that protects and speeds up the website, to tell people from automated traffic.
- WordPress cookies, only if you log in to the website’s administration area.
- YouTube cookies, only after you play an embedded company video. The videos load in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
- Entries in the quote and supplier comparison tool, which are kept only in your own browser and are never sent to us.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them, although the embedded videos may not play.
Services that handle data for us
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the website and our communications: website hosting, Cloudflare, our email provider and WhatsApp. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
- If you place an order, the logistics, shipping and inspection companies needed to deliver it, with the details those companies need.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose data.
Links to WhatsApp, YouTube and other websites take you to services operated by others. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Where your data is processed
Our team works in China, and inquiries are handled there. The website’s servers and our service providers may be located in other countries. When data moves between countries, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as described in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on your project, and for up to three years after our last contact. If you place an order, we keep the records the contract, tax and accounting rules require. Server and security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it for a contract or by law.

Children
The website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
