Fabrication
We manufacture primary frames from welded H-sections in Q355B, with Q235B or Q460 as options, plus galvanized Z and C purlins, 11 profile types of roof and wall sheet and lightweight wall panels. Laser cutting, welding robots and an automatic painting line make the parts, and steel is blasted to Sa2.5 and primed with epoxy zinc-rich primer, with hot-dip galvanizing as an option.
Design
We model every project in Tekla 3D and cut steel only after you approve the 3D model. Single-span frames without interior columns are routinely built to 60 m, and spans up to 100 m are designed per project, with loads, spans and coatings engineered to the code that applies at your site. Single span suits floors that must stay column-free, while multi-span suits layouts where interior columns can sit between aisles.
Supply scope
The quote covers the steel structure, roof and wall panels, gutters and downspouts, bolts, accessories, shop drawings, the installation manual and export packing. Insulation, crane rail systems, facade design and on-site installation guidance are options, and doors, windows, cranes, insulation cores and skylights are bought-in components that the company supplies. Foundations and on-site erection stay with your local team.
Inspection
Main welds get ultrasonic testing (UT) and coatings are measured for thickness at the factory. All products are controlled under an ISO 9001 quality system.

Payment is by T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Before the balance is due, the buyer receives UT weld test reports and photos, and third-party inspection is welcome. Inspection evidence therefore arrives before the final payment rather than after it.
Which port and containers does an export shipment use, and what documents come with it?
Shipments leave Qingdao Port, about 1.5 hours from the factory, in 20′GP, 40′GP, 40′HQ or 40′OT containers or as bulk cargo. Steel is bundled on steel pallets with export packing, and shop drawings, the installation manual, UT reports and photos travel with it. Sea transit time is confirmed per destination port.
How long is a Xinguangzheng steel structure designed to last?
The structure is designed for a 50-year service life, with maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual. Loads, spans and coatings are engineered to the code that applies at your site. Steel is blasted to Sa2.5 and primed with epoxy zinc-rich primer, with hot-dip galvanizing as an option.
Does Xinguangzheng help with installation?
