Does Xinguangzheng manufacture the steel structure itself?
Yes, we manufacture the primary and secondary steel, roof and wall sheet and lightweight wall panels, and we supply doors, windows, cranes, insulation core and skylights. Xinguangzheng runs four factories with annual capacity of up to 150,000 tonnes of steel structures, and main frames use Q355B welded H-sections.
Which quality system covers the steel, and can I get certificate copies?
All products are controlled under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and the main welds are ultrasonically tested with coating thickness measured before dispatch. Certificate copies are available on request, so ask for them when you send your project details.
Who installs the building, and what support is there after delivery?
Installation is not part of the quote: a local team builds the foundation and erects the steel, using column base reaction data from us. The installation manual and free remote guidance are provided, and on-site installation guidance is optional. The building is designed for a 50-year service life, with maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual.
