This website is operated by Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (“Xinguangzheng”, “we”, “us”), No.268, Shenzhen Road, Pingdu, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the website. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Information on this website

The website describes pre-engineered steel buildings that we design, fabricate and export as kits, for projects from 3,000 m². Specifications, ranges, lead times and options are given for general planning. They can change and do not form an offer.

Nothing on the website is engineering advice for a specific site. Loads, spans and coatings are engineered for each project to the code that applies where the building is built, and final structural, mechanical, electrical and civil design is confirmed by the professionals responsible for the project in that location.

Prices, quotes and orders

The website does not publish Xinguangzheng prices. Cost figures in our guides are published market ranges, shown with their market, year and scope for orientation only, and are not quotations.

A price from us is given only in a written quote. Unless the quote states otherwise, it is a China factory price with Qingdao as the port of loading and excludes sea freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, inland transport, foundation and on-site erection. An order is governed by the signed contract or proforma invoice for that project, which prevails over anything on the website.

Planning tools

The planning tools on the website, such as the building type selector, building system comparison, size planner and color visualizer, return estimates from the values you enter. Results are planning aids, not designs, and are confirmed in design and in the written quote. Screen colors are approximations of the supplied color.

Entries in the quote and supplier comparison are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us.

Project references

Project references are described from the company’s published project records. Areas, dimensions and dates are given as recorded and are not a statement of the result your project will achieve.

Intellectual property

Text, drawings, photographs, diagrams, tools and the design of the website belong to Xinguangzheng or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own project evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services.
