Main welds are ultrasonically tested, and coating thickness is measured. Design service life is 50 years with maintenance per the manual.

Your local contractor does the metal building erection, because on-site installation is not part of the quote. Xinguangzheng provides the installation manual and free remote guidance, and on-site installation guidance can be listed as an option, with its scope confirmed when you enquire. If the manual and remote guidance are enough, leave the option out.
What does the metal building kit include?
The kit includes the steel structure, roof and wall panels, gutters and downpipes, bolts and accessories, erection drawings, the installation manual and export packing with a container loading plan. The main frame is welded H-section in Q355B steel, with Q235B or Q460 available, with galvanized Z and C purlins. Anchor bolt supply is confirmed in your quote.
Which costs sit outside the kit quote?
Foundation, on-site erection, ocean freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes, insurance, inland transport, permits and site preparation are all excluded from the quote. The kit price moves with span, wind and snow load, crane tonnage and local code, plus insulation, door and window count and any mezzanine. The figure itself is set in a written quote after engineering review.
Who prepares the erection drawings, and can I check the model before steel is cut?
How long does production take, and how long is a whole project?
Production takes 15 to 40 days depending on tonnage, and the exact figure is confirmed in the quote. A whole project typically runs 4 to 12 weeks, which covers consultation, 3D design confirmation, factory prefabrication and local installation. Ocean transit days are confirmed in the quote by destination port, so ask for that figure when you enquire.
How do payment and pre-shipment inspection work?
Payment is by T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Before the final payment, Xinguangzheng sends the UT weld inspection report and photos, and third-party inspection is welcome. The inspection evidence therefore reaches you before the last transfer, while the steel is still in the factory.
What is the minimum project size for a metal building kit?
Projects start at 3,000 m², and a small shed or garage below that area is not what this supply is built for. Above it, a single span with no interior columns typically reaches 60 m, and wider spans of up to 100 m are engineered per project, so give the building width when you enquire.
Which building code does the kit follow, and who handles permits?
Loads, spans and coatings are engineered to the code that applies at your site, which the project engineer sets for each project. Codes in common use include AISC 360, EN 1993, AS 4100, AS/NZS 1170 and GB 50017, and the kit is designed to them rather than certified to them. Permits are not included in the quote.
